In order to start the exchange or refund process the customers can contact the customer care team via email at email@example.com. Stating the order number, reason for return and whether it’s a request for product exchange or a refund.
Returns and exchanges can be made within 14 days of receiving the delivery.
Please be aware that all responsible return and exchange costs are applicable by the customer. Shipping charges are non refundable.
Customised merchandise and special orders are not eligible for return, exchange or credit.
Hosiery, lingerie, swimwear and face masks items for hygienic purposes are not eligible for return, exchange or credit.
We will give refunds in accordance with your legal rights, e.g. if goods are found to be defective as to quality, description or performance. Please remember that you are not entitled to a refund if
A: you have damaged the goods after you bought them.
Returned items must comply with our returns policy:
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached
and the original packaging included.
Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.
If an item must be returned with the tag in its original position.
Jewellery must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and documents provided with it.
Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
The returns and exchanges policy described above applies only to the e-shop. Different policy applies in physical store.
